Antonio Zotti is a Research Fellow at ISPI. In 2012, he was awarded a PhD. in Politics and Institutions at the Catholic University of Milan where he is currently a lecturer in European Institutions. In 2010, he earned an MSc in Political Theory at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is WP8 manager within the 'GR: EEN - Global re-ordering' FP7 research project funded jointly by the European Commission and the University of Warwick.

Matthew Wilson is Associate Professor of Political Science and Senior Fellow in the John Goodwin Tower Center for Political Studies at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Nicole S. van der Meulen has been working in the field of cybersecurity for over a decade. She is currently a Senior Strategic Analyst at the European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) at Europol. In that capacity, she functions as the Team Leader of the Strategy & Development team. Prior to her arrival at EC3, she was an Advisor of Security Affairs at the Dutch Banking Association. Previously, she led the cybersecurity part of the Defence, Security and Infrastructure (DSI) team at RAND Europe in Cambridge, UK, where she worked as an analyst.

Valeria Talbot is a Senior Research Fellow and Co-Head of ISPI's Middle East and North Africa Centre, in charge of Middle East Studies. She also is a lecturer at the Master in Middle Eastern Studies in ASERI – Catholic University, and at the IULM University of Milan. She was ISPI scientific coordinator of Arab Trans, a FP7 funded research project on political and social transformations in the Arab World after the Arab uprisings in 2010-2011.

Ambassador Stefano Stefanini is a Senior Advisor at ISPI. Prior to this he worked as Diplomatic Advisor to the Italian President Giorgio Napolitano between 2007 and 2010 where he provided analysis on international affairs, Transatlantic affairs, and security and defence capabilities; he also worked as a Permanent Representative of Italy at NATO; Deputy Chief of Mission of the Italian Embassy in Washington, DC. Finally, from 2013 to 2014 he served as Vice Chairman of OTO Melara, Finmeccanica.

Peter Ryan is full Professor of Applied Security at the University of Luxembourg since Feb 2009. Since joining the University of Luxembourg he has grown the APSIA (Applied Security and Information Assurance) group that is now more than 25 strong. He has around 25 years of experience in cryptography, information assurance and formal verification. He pioneered the application of process calculi to modelling and analysis of secure systems, in particular presenting the first process algebraic characterization of non-interference taking account of non-determinism (CSFW 1990).
